Pony Emblem Seeking Spriters, Competition Included

Ever wanted to play one of those nice strategy/RPG games with ponies? How about Fire Emblem, an excellent game of this genre, with ponies? Well, that's a reality now, and if you don't believe me, you can check the progress of the project right in the Youtube playlist!

Now that you know more about it, you probably realize that this project needs something very important: sprites. I've researched enough to easily insert custom portraits (and many more things) into the game, but I lack the artistic skills to pull off such work. That's what this contest is about: designing the character's portraits! And like any contest, it has prizes!
Prizes
• Grand prize: A slot into the usable character roster with a support relationship of a
character of choice (as long the character still has open slots).
• 2nd place prize: A slot into the enemy/NPC character roster.
• 3rd to 5th prize: A slot into the NPC character roster.

I like to share with fellow bronies how I show my love of MLP:FiM. For me, that's through my comics. I love the show just as much as anypony. If you don't want to read the comics, you don't have to.
