The MLP CCG isn't all show screenshots and vectors.  It looks like fan artists are hopping on board to design cards! The two above were both created by Pixelkitties.  I'm going to guess that most of you probably already know her.

Flutterbat has appeared in concept form over on her own page at Onlyfactory.  It looks like she only has 6 backers though, so no guarantee on when it will be available.

Power Ponies Go! - New Game at Hubworld

Hubworld has released another pony game for all of us to dive into.  I'm glad the Power Ponies are getting some extra love on top of the episode.  I feel like 22 minutes wasn't nearly enough to really explore the potential here. 

This one is designed as sort of a 3D maze collection thing with some surprisingly awesome 3D models for the ponies themselves. Whoever designed them did an awesome job.    Each character uses one of their trademark super powers from the episode to take out the villain ponies.

Rainbow Rocks Heading to Harkins Theaters Across the Country

The first Equestria Girls was limited primarily to smaller theaters that show the more niche movies. Things look to be completely different for Rainbow Rocks if Harkins is any indication. It's looking like we may be seeing it invade the major chains!

Rainbow Rocks Gets a Blu-Ray Release Date - October 28th

Amazon has tossed up a listing for the Blu-Ray of Rainbow Rocks, showing a release date of October 28th. If you aren't able to check it out at one of the theater locations, this is probably a good way to do it!

Discussion: Season 5 Is now "My Little Griffon!"

It's July 24th, and the My Little Pony panel at San Diego Comic Con is about to do their yearly teaser. The lights dim, the usual Hub logo pops up on the projection screen, but the My Little Pony logo that follows is a bit different... It reads "My Little Griffon"! Turns out Season 5 stars our beloved mane 6 as griffons instead of ponies. Demographic studies show that birds and lions are the new thing little girls crave when visiting the pink isle thanks to Disney's new Lion King spinoff, and since Equestria Girls was so successful, Hasbro decided they might as well turn the ponies into griffons to hit both animals!

How do you react to this sudden change in the series? Would you be alright with the ponies sprouting feathers, paws, and beaks for a season?

I have to admit, the idea of a free ride at college would definitely spur me to go get my degree done that I put off for EQD.  I sided with Fluttershy on this one though.  I like me some technological advancement.  I guess that happens through military applications too though? Am I shooting myself in the foot? At least it won't be a gun that blows my foot off.

I have no idea where I was going with that.  Next poll:

How deep into the pony fandom do you go? We did this one years ago, it will be interesting to see how things have evolved.

DJ Pon-3 and Nightmare Moon Cards Revealed

 More cards for the card player within, or something similiar.  The CCG Tumblr has fully revealed Vinyl Scratch's Start and Boost states, as well as the Nightmare Moon, "New Moon" from the upcoming Celestia Celebration set to release shortly. I'm going to have to get a Maud deck going for the next big convention.
