It's pretty obvious that animals in ponyland are a lot smarter than is typical. Most of Fluttershy's pets are seemingly fully sapient, from Harry the Bear to Angel.
How far do you think this all goes? Are we looking at pokemon level intelligence? Or are they just straight up low IQ people that just happen to live outdoors or as pets?
