I admit that most of the time when I read a shipping story I end up laughing at how absurdly unsubtle everything is presented as while still attempting to be sincere.
So to see almost every single writing convention that shipping stories tend to abuse when they are written being used for the purposes of parody (while still being written in roughly the same way) warmed my heart.
This is like the Airplane! of shipping stories, is what I'm trying to say.
