ReplyDeleteVery nice. I also like how fandom has apparently universally accepted "the Summer-Lands" as the name and description of the pony afterlife. We seem to be quite good at filling in holes in the canon like that. :)

ReplyDeleteHeh. And I have to admit, I just remembered a couple of counterexamples where fanfics have the souls of dead ponies become stars instead. I guess it's not quite universal. However, I've seen the Summer Lands referred to in several different fanfics by several different authors at this point, so there is at least some consensus-building going on.
Short, sweet, title related. Pretty good.
ReplyDelete@Bryan Ah, yes, I remember that, "dead ponies become stars," one, I believe it was Applejack telling Apple Bloom a story before she went to bed as the premise for the fic.
