• The Great and Powerful Case Files: Lunar Conspiracy

Before treating your miniscule little minds to the Great and Powerful Trixie's brilliant use of the Equestrian language, Trixie recommends, neigh, DEMANDS that you familiarize yourselves with this new video directly from the creators of the show.

    dubs
All caught up?  Good.  Now let the Great and Powerful Trixie's boundless knowledge enlighten you to something that only one with Trixie's savant level detective abilities could have possibly picked up on.

Celestia has officially been branded the ONLY pony in Equestria with both wings, and a horn. Clearly, there is an IMPOSTER lurking among us.

Just who IS this Luna?  It's obvious that she never was part of the actual script for the show! The Great and Powerful Trixie has a few theories, all of which have been extensively studied and are on the verge of being upgraded to one hundred percent fact!
    • This despicable little moon pony obviously wears a fake horn!
    • Luna is ANOTHER spy from Stalliongrad (THOSE FOALS!)
    • She's Lauren Faust's OC pony.
    • Animation Error
You see good citizens of Equestria,  it appears as though you have all been taken for a ride!  Not only do you worship the very ground she walks on,  but you have the audacity to place such an inferior pony into relationships with someone as illustrious as Trixie!

The Great and Powerful Trixie can only hope that one day this fanboyism dies off, and everypony finally comes to their senses...

It seems these ponies have yet to learn their place...

It is by Celestia's light that guides us through the universe, and protects us from the evils that surround us. Denying such a fact can only be known as heresy.

Those who betrayed us during the "Lunar Heresy", where the great Celestia lost control of the moon will be justly punished! Her holy fire will sear them until they are no more! And her holy soldiers, the Adeptus Astalliones, will bring the battle to them! Burn the heretics! Glory to Celestia!

It should be evident she's a straw pony. I try for the most grotesque parody of communism possible. And yes, I am a firm believer in a 'mixed economy'. Though I'm sure I could quibble forever on which details should be socialist or laissez-faire.

    3. The crazy yegua again? ¡Por la santísima y serenísima Celestia!, What the hey happens to that Trixie? She only gives strife and despair to the minds and hearts of good ponis.

The only thing you will bring Trixie is another war between Equestria and Stalliongrad. ¡Qué Celestia los agarre confesados y los tenga en su santo casco! We all know that our beloved Princess Luna is pure love, amor con patas as we say in Mexicolt. And no pony is the best... except for Rarity, she's legendary.

      Ahí nos vemos.

If Celestia wanted me imprisoned she could just send the notice straight to me through Spike.
She has no need for middle ponies when it comes to communicating with me.The fact that Trixie handed you that note is clear evidence she's trying to frame me.

this is relevant information, i believe.

i watched this video a couple of times, and then used my admittedly hazy recollection of general details regarding the royal family and situation in ep 1 to hastily put together a somewhat realistic theory.

it also admittedly makes a lot of sense, especially if it was aired before episode 1: Luna as NMM was still technically imprisoned in the moon.

    45. The Inquisition of Divine LightJuly 15, 2011 at 10:14 PM

Obviously, the corruption that permeates Canterlot, and indeed Equestria, is deeper than we first thought. First, her highness, Princess Luna, is accused of being a fraud and a charlatan. Then, a guard by the name of S. Aura Knight claims to have a letter written by Celestia herself, accusing her most favored student of being a criminal? Not only that, but now the Great and Powerful Trixie, claims that she did not, in fact, level the earlier allegations against her majesty, Princess Luna, and that it was actually an imposter?

Troubling indeed, fair citizens. The Inquisition has...taken notice, of these developments.

      ReplyDelete
    46. We've got the crime scene secured, sir. No pony gets in or out without our knowledge. Now for donuts.

      ReplyDelete
    47. @The Great and Powerful Trixie But... My liege, Corporal Sethisto is the culprit. We already know that he is. He's gone missing from the barracks, where he spends most of his time. He's the pony behind this video. Plus, he must have been the one whom told me to arrest Twilight Sparkle already, and she's already on her way to the dungeon.

@Anonymous NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! *falls off the side of Canterlot*

@The Inquisition of Divine Light I have more scandal to reveal to the Inquisition. PRINCESS CELESTIA IS IMPERSONATING TRIXIE! All one needs to do is look at this post, written by our Sun Goddess from June 21st, her holiday.

      http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/06/summer-sun-celebration.html

You check it? Check who it says wrote it. The princess? No, "Trixie". But it was the Princess when it first came up. The Princess, with the help of Corporal Sethisto, impersonated my liege Trixie to attack her sister Luna! This also means the attack on Fluttershy was by Celestia herself as well! And that's why she wants Twilight arrested!

If I do say so, I am the (third) best pony now. /notreally

    53. Corporal Sethisto as you say was merely a puppet used by Twilight Sparkle. She manipulated him by feeding him all this false information and telling him that if impersonated The Great and Powerful Trixie and proceeded to share the information then everypony would finally believe that Trixie truly is the best pony. Celestia needed somepony to blame for when she finally took down her sister, so she went to her faithful student Twilight, whom everypony knows doesn't like Trixie. So together they came up with this plan to take down both Trixie and Princess Luna. Everypony else used was just a pawn in their plan. So if you do have a letter from Celestia to arrest Twilight, then clearly Princess Celestia is attempting to cover all her loose ends!

    56. @The Inquisition of Divine Light Career evaluations agent, Inquisitor? I am a Sergeant of the Guard, not just any lowly guardsmen. I am also Luna's personal guardsmen. How else would I know Trixie so well? Your tactics will not work to stall the Princess for long. Others will hear of this if you impound me, and a civil war will erupt.

@Fluttershy Miss... Fluttershy, is that your real name? Not Flutterby? You are seemingly ignorant on this entire matter. Leave it to the Guard and Mr. Wright to get to the bottom of this case. The Princess Celestia is the one who attacked you, anyway. And if the investigation goes over as I fear, it will have been with Twilight's blessings to cause Trixie and Luna to lose face.

      ReplyDelete

Trixie is charged with attempting to incite hatred against her majesty, Princess Luna, and the attempted framing of Twilight Sparkle.

Fluttershy is to be brought in for questioning, due to her association Trixie. All animals under her care are to be seized, and impounded, pending the investigation.

This war shall make Nightmare Moon's uprising look like a disorganized protest. This war will strike the wicked down and cast them into the abyss?

@The Great and Powerful Trixie I'm sorry, but orders from Luna are orders. I'm to protect you from anything. Which includes the Inquisition. And this civil war. And probably a ton of other stuff now.

@The Inquisition of Divine Light Let me amend my statement. You aren't just mad. You're downright criminally insane. Equestria is a land of many ponies, with varying lifestyles. You just want to ruin them all so you can reshape the world in your own image. You're going to let innocents die just for yourself.

I might have inadvertently started this myself, but I won't end it alone. With friends, with loved ones, with family, we'll stop you and crush you out. The Guard doesn't let anything stand in it's way if it threatens the lives of Equestria's citizens.

The Great and Powerful Trixie will return at her soonest convenience should the other Trixie ever show up again, or should somepony else attempt to ruin Princess Luna's good name!

    85. A fact:
-If Luna was vanished 100 years ago and Celestia is 1000 years old...
That means Luna was banished shortly after her birth...
      Peta must know

      @S.Aura Knight
We shall see I look forward to our next meeting. But for now, I take my leave. I've heretics to burn, and a war to fight. *tips hat* Ado, Sir Aura.

    87. @The Great and Powerful Trixie It's not safe to just fall asleep in the middle of the street, Trixie. I'll just escort you to your rooms in the Castle. And you maaaay want to reschedule, what with the whole CIVIL WAR thing going on here. That might cause a low turnout.

@The Inquisition of Divine Light I don't look forward to seeing any more of you or any of your other inquisitioners. You are a stain on Equestrian soil, trying to destroy everypony's lives. If we do meet again, you will be the one to fall.

(Good Celestia and Luna, to think just this morning I was complaining about missing yesterday's RP post... AND I FORGOT TO PUNCH TWILIGHT AGAIN DARNIT.)

    88. Right, lass. I've got one thing to say at this point. You've always amused me in the past, which is why you're still about. But if you find yerself wantin' a barney, you're on the right path.

    89. That video's been on the main MLP site for months now. I'm pretty sure that it was released before the pilot episode, and they were trying to not spoil Nightmare Moon.

    90. Oh Great and Powerful Trixie, how could I have been so blind? Forgive me, Great and Powerful one! You have opened my eyes.

      ReplyDelete
    91. The video is accurate at the time it represents - Celestia is raising raising sun and moon. There IS NO Luna.

    92. trixie again... *yawn*

    93. Perhaps, it is not Luna who is the impostor but this ‘Trixie’ who stands before us! Celestia must have kidnapped the real Trixie and replaced her with this fake to drag Luna’s name through the dirt! It’s all propaganda by our tyrannical ruler!
      FOR THE LUNA REPUBLIC!!

    95. Perhaps Hasbro should check their work first before posting?

    97. 2 possibilities:

1 - This is deliberate in order to prevent spoilers from episodes 1+2

2 - Hasbro are trolling the fandom on Brony Appreciation Day

    98. Wait, I see what has happened now. That channel isn't the official one. Hahaha epic level trolling there!

    99. Trixie?..Trixie?...Hmmm. Nope, never heard of anypony named Trixie. Is that one of those circus clown ponies? I hear they are really funny.

    100. This makes me remember of Rita Skeeter, reporter of the Daily Prophet. XD

    101. Don't believe the propaganda of the Solar Tyranny! The New Lunar Republic forever!

      ReplyDelete
    102. The entirety of luna was an animation error.

    103. OFF WITH CELESTIA'S HEAD.
      FOR THE LUNA REPUBLIC!

      ReplyDelete
    104. I'm guessing that the video is from before Luna was freed. Nopony remembered her after a 1000 year absence.

      ReplyDelete
    105. all hail the lunar republic!

    106. You lamewads really need to chill out. Seriously you guys are dorking up the place, get the hell out.

And how the hell are you nerdy roleplayers typing with hooves anyway.

    107. @Cloudy Skies wait wait The New Lunar Republic vs. The Celestial Empire when did MLP - FiM turn into Star Wars? and if so where are the lightsabers?

Sigh more questions than answers. All I know is that Trixie is jelling again. Maybe she needs to find a partner to calm her down. Twilight is off limits though.

      ReplyDelete
    108. The Great and Powerful Trixie is most definitely not jelling! Trixie is also positive she does not need a partner to calm her down, but even if Trixie did, she is offended that somepony would even consider Twilight Sparkle to be good enough to be Trixie's partner!
