• FiM Promo DVD

Way over in Belgium, apparently this comes free when you buy a pony toy at a store called (Best).  It's the ticket master episode, in DVD form (I think that's what he meant by "Gala episode" at least).

    So my main question is...

Why don't we get any of the cool stuff out here in the states! Grab bags in Germany, Promo DVD's in Belgium, Keychains in Australia... We are getting ripped off here!

Hopefully this is a sign of blu-ray on the horizon or something!

You can find more Infos over at MLP ARENA

      I want my grab-bags/promo DVD/keychains!

    2. I think it seems likely that we'll see some sort of dvd/blu-ray release at some point this summer. Also, cutie mark keychains would be the best things ever.

    4. I would buy a 3.5 doll or even Baby Pinkie (*shudder*) if I got an official DVD.

    6. When did aussie get anything? I haven't seen any mention of G4 over here in NZ. Then again, nz sucks total ass for anything.

    7. Kinda off topic but I think you'll be hitting 2 million in 2 weeks.

    8. The land of the free, and the home of the getting screwed over.
Not just in Pony terms, either.

    9. In Brasil, too. I dropped these news on FiMchan Friday.

The DVD is called "A Dona dos Convites", one can only assume it's The Ticket Master. I was hoping there were more episodes on the DVD, though.

he said it was the best and nearest toystore in his region.

I've never heard of Best before, and i can't find a site for it either.

I hope this comes to The Netherlands too =D

    16. I mentioned this in another post, but if they do a DVD/Blu-Ray release....it'd be cool if they add extra stuff like how Movie Releases do. Stuff like behind the scenes with the production team, talks with the writers/creators, episode commentary. That would be too cool.

    17. It's just called "My Little Pony"?

    18. The US always gets the cool stuff last...

    19. Is there something missing from this equation? Like is there a long time and strong following for MLP merch in Germany going back before FiM? Are they being rewarded for it??

    20. Oh, also, we don't get DVDs or blind boxes, but we sure as hell get... girls underwear!

(It's at target.com if you search for My Little Pony)

I guess at the very least it might be a signal that they're moving away from the G3.5 stuff and onto G4 now.

    23. I could think of better eps to show than ticket master (which I think is the weakest along with winter wrap up)

    24. "Why don't we get any of the cool stuff out here in the states!"

What are you talking about. Here in Holland/the Netherlands you cant even see the show on tv. And some of the figures are only available since 3 weeks ago or so in Toys XL and some Bart Smit's in the big cities. We dont have MCdonalds figures :( we dont have the dvd etc.
Maybe the show and the MCdonals toys will never come here in Holland O_O And it's super expensive here >_< sigh.

Butt I'm still hoping it will al come here :) Allready have bought some little ponys, still looking of fluttershy though, its rlly hard to find them all. Also rlly want the balloon, but have to save some money for that one :P hehe

    25. Okay, seriously

Where the hell do you get the grabbags here in Germany?

    26. Do not complain in my country in the shops has nothing to do with MLP fim, online-only imported from the United States

    27. Sounds like a great excuse to see the world!

      Sorry... I had to.

      ReplyDelete
    28. US citizens get the show on TV and everything is close by in stores. Don't complain, here in Europe I can't even get the toys without shipping them from abroad.

    29. @Anonymous really? does it really take place at the gala?

    30. I demand pony justice!
Seriously, I guess we U.S. residents are a lot better off than some other places, but...you'd really think we'd be able to get some of these cool things. O.o But if this does portend a future DVD/Blu-Ray release (for everypony!!), that'd be AWEsomesauce.

    31. I don't get it, the show is from the states, so why don't we get any cool stuff?
