Bronies Appear on Top 7 for Facebook

According to this Australian newspaper that hits around 700,000 people over there, Bronies are right below Miley Cyrus in facebook popularity!  It's a slow takeover of the world, but at least we are making progress.  

I asked how they come to these conclusions, and I guess it's all based around "what is currently popular" according to specific websites, apps, and social networking sites. 

It's always entertaining to see our nonsense pop up in real news.  Good job everyone!

Now onward to renaming Hawaii "Equestria!" and starting a brony empire over there!  We got this!

New IRC chat at the bottom

Due to popular demand, I have embedded LightIRC to the bottom instead of Everywhere chat.  It's a bit more complicated, and requires some additional /commands if you want to keep your name.

(/msg nickserv REGISTER password email) to register the name you are currently using. It will send you a confirmation email and a code to type.

MLP Twitter Asking for Flag Designs / Flash Flag Event Zomg!

Newbie Artist Training Grounds: Day 19

This is an alternate version of a submission that was sent in tonight. I am using it here because holy crap look at those eyebrows! Ahem. So, tonight this space is going to be all about how I took the high road and did not make an extended Persona 4 reference. And I'm actually playing it as I type this, so that is no small feat. What evil lurks in the heart of ponies? We've got a lot of artists ready to show us just what's lurking on the other side of the mirror. How many? 175. I feel like I'm thinking it a lot these days, but this quickly turned into one of my favorite themes. You are constantly outdoing yourselves and I can't get enough of it. By the way, tonight pushes our grand total to 3,729 entries. Ever onwards, friends!

The Theme of the Day

Draw a pony in love. As much as anything, I'm curious to see how you will choose to represent this idea. And before you get mad at me for springing Training Grounds: Shipping Edition on you, please keep in mind I didn't specify what they had to be in love with, or what type of love it had to be. Show me ponies reveling in their passions! Show me feeling! And then, yes, I also like kissing. I'm weird like that.
