Ghost Writer? Sweet Maelstrom, now I'm gonna be waiting for them to make a reference to Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective.....Because you KNOW it's gonna happen some time of another...
No, but seriously folks. 'Ghost Writer' isn't inherently a parody of Ghost Rider - not that this comic turning it into that isn't clever and funny. A ghost writer is a person hired by an author to write for them. Just like Spike was for Rainbow Dash! Seriously. Look it up!

When I heard it I thought of the PBS show "Ghostwriter".

Hah, very nice.
Now that one fic where pinkie becomes a horse of the Apocolypse makes since. Go War!!
Awesome spooky Twilight is awesome
This was too epic to be paired with another comic
@Flutterfan
I loved that show!
I thought about that, too.
twilight should have had her fire mane :3
Anyone else find it kind of funny that most fanmade comics are better drawn then the OFFICIAL comics?
Nobody remembers the Discovery kids show "Ghost Writer", really?
Bubblegum monster?
Ghost Writer?

Just making sure here - you folks all know that a ghost writer is an actual thing, right?
Where's the not-fanfiction tab? That's the second time today a post that needs it hasn't had it.
Win, just win, now I expect a DC and Marvel (and other publications) superhero characters in Pony version!
I saw this one coming since they mentioned Spike was a Ghost Writer.
Someone make a fic out of this. Now.
The Dragon Writer, finding out juicy gossip about Rainbow and her secret affair with frozen cloud cream.
Might wanna add that Not-Fanfiction label there, Seth...
I facehooved so hard my back hurts.
@Travis Smith No, that's what's going to happen if they ever let Rainbow Dash into the Wonderbolts. SOMEONE'S tower is going to get buzzed. ^.^
I... kind of want a picture of Twilight looking like that last panel without Spike on there... That was kinda cool.
Good. I'm not the only one that remembers Ghostwriter. Great show. So was Wishbone.
On topic:
Madmax comics always deliver.
@Smokey Treble
You mean the dog wishbone series?
Let me guess.
His base of operations is under the Quills and Sofas Shop >:3
I must have a wallpaper of Twi in that mask, somepony get on it!
You all know that ghost writers are actually a thing, right?
I have a desire to watch Ghost Rider now.
@Vinny
"Hey, that's what I said!"

@Travis Smith
That is exactly what I mean.
@brillianrspecter
Um, yeah, we know. and even if we didn't they explained it in the show...
And we managed to fit one more superhero reference into this episode, even where there wasn't actually one to begin with (LOL)!
Yay Madmax!
So it wasn't just me that thought of that.
I have to stop and think which one's which every time I hear either.
@Flutterfan Ditto.
Spike: What now, Nickelas Hayge?
Okay that was terrible.
Madmax draws the best Spike.
would Twilight really aprove that?

With his stare he can make you relive the suffering of all the ponies who had to read your fan fiction.
