I've seen a Pinkie Core before, but never all of the ponies together. There's a demonstration after the break, but each core randomly spouts lines from the show. If you put them all together, it's quite a cacophony. The creator also says he's going to make the extra characters (that have lines, of course) at a later date.
The Source engine is looking really dated, by the way.

Unfortunately Seth is right, the Source engine is getting old, big time. The only part where it still shines are facial animations.

The funniest part is the Source engine that GMod uses is the most recent build of the Source engine, too. It's an old engine that I'd hoped would have been phased out when EP3 came out. BUT SINCE THAT'S NOT HAPPENING APPARENTLY... XD

Nope, unfortunately you can't play Steam games via disk only, you have to keep them installed in order to run them. You can still create a backup DVD of the whole game data via Steam, though...
And I have to correct myself, of course it was Cereal Velocity who was right about the dated engine.

Ah, the Source Engine. Valve's legacy in the gaming world and all it will be remembered for is poorly made mods and Youtube-poop videos. At least it is better than being remembered for insanely bad time keeping.

(gonna try this again, sorry to everyone I've inconvenienced.)
Okay, you see, going into Gmod the first time, you got your welding tool and you got every model from every game that runs on the Source engine. You take you welding tool and you use it to stick two models together in a way that they can't (or can, if you want) be broken apart from one another. You use this to make things like, I dunno, buildings and vehicles and stuff out of models. I once made a tower of crates that I proceeded to blow to bits with explosives.
Then you got a shitload of other tools, both default and made by third party sources that do other things besides welding.

In P2, none of the cores (cept maybe Fact Core) were turretified.

Cereal, only reason why Source looks dated in that video is because it's an old map, and Garry refuses to update the engine to the newest version.

They're both horrible games, horrible FPS games, Valve just named them Puzzle games because they didn't want to ruin their "perfect" FPS game streak. A gun that shoots Portals, who the hell can come up with such a horrible thing?! If you have a gun, it shoots stuff, and it destroys crap, that stupid gun from that horrible game does NOTHING! You can't destroy Glados with it!

Considering you're on a pony fansite AND you've got a Pokemon name, you sure do have a lotta hate. And uh, even Valve hates all the Portal cake jokes, thats why it only got a VERY brief, blink-and-you'll-miss-it reference in Portal 2.
Also? Final room in Portal 1? sv_cheats 1 + impulse 101 = Chell suddenly has all of Gordon Freeman's weapons. Including the rocket launcher. You can kill GlaDOS with that, if you are so inclined. ;)
