in regards to the escapist link, I think such a phenomena also exists in the setting of Equestria in some ways, The phenomena of necessary double standards I mean.
For instance, a city founded of unicorns might be pretty hard to live in as an earth pony if you have no means to operate the doors or other basic requirements, and Canterlot is normally pegassi only for obvious reasons. it isn't racist per se, it just is.
Same thing dealing with carnivores, especially natural predators of horses. there probably are laws and treaties in place that might be seen as a double standard to us in a single dominant species world. In the case of the existence of one dominant species being an inherent risk to the existence to another, certain double standards would be necessary to prevent all out wars from breaking out over the food chain.
Griffins (traditionally they ATE horses) would probably require special papers and monitoring inside Equestria, ponies in griffin country might not be granted full legal protection against any rogue griffins with the munchies, etc. The individuals don't think any LESS because of species usually... at least ponies don't, but profiling is done on an institutional level out of necessity.
And the feeding of carnivorous wildlife is probably a matter that has a serious board of ethics behind it.

Man just sat through the damn escapist thing, was bored as hell. And then suddenly Ponies. yay.
While most of these ranged from mildly entertaining to complete wastes of time, the last two videos more than made up for it.
Mine was too short to be a waste of time.

Pony Stomping day was the first PMV that I have ever made. WHat do you guys think?
I made that last one! It was quite a lot of fun to do, and I have a couple more planned.
I liked the Escapist thing, it was interesting, and Twilight as the Schwarzenator was funny too, but my favorite was the Weasel Stomping Day PMV.
Also who sings the Interior Crocodile Alligator?

I watched the entire bouncing video because the music is just that good. ^_^
I was a little disappointed with Flagpole Sitta. It started out with some fantastic lipsync, but then kinda gave up on that halfway through. It got several laughs out of me, though!
