Oh come on. This won? It's funny in places, and the writing's... allright, good, even. But the first scene is blatantly ripped off from Terry Pratchett ("Guards, Guards!"), as is the 'large rubber device of an intimate nature', though I'm not sure which Discworld book that one's from. And I'm sure I missed some.
References are fine, but if we're giving out awards, we should actually reward the ones who bothered to show originality.

To me it was funnier when I realized the references.
Initial scene with pony cult- Guards! Guards! by Terry Pratchett
Fish on head- Dominic Deegan (before the comic started to suck), also calls to mind Monty Python and the Holy Grail, as well as being a reference to the "red herring" plot device (getting Spike to dump stuff on Celestia at random really only served to distract and stress her out so that she would take the zombie invasion at face value, because Pinkie Pie is a goddamn Xanatos)
