Over in Europe, a big event took place dedicated to the world of toys, with pony taking a huge chunk of that.  Unfortunately, a lot of this convention is locked down, not allowing photos of any of the products.  One of our European guest reporters Gerjet "Weatherhoof" Betker grabbed what he could out of it, with a few interesting products being confirmed for on the way.  Head on down below the break for the entire thing!

Another year, another International Toy Fair, another line-up of various pony products. Many small local companies had pony bags, pony sticker, pony towels or pony dresses for their region, but more important for you all are the international products, so let’s start with the plushies:

NICI: After the trio of Twilight, Pinkie, Rainbow Dash the duo Princess Twilight and Fluttershy will be part of their plush line-up in 2014. In mid-March you can get them at every NICI Shop as tiny plushies, pillows, coffee cups, snow globes and even as large 50cm-plushies for less than €50.

Famosa: The Spanish company also enters the MLP-plushie market. The quality is compareable with the NICI ones, but diffently than them Famosa offers all mane6 in medium size for an easily affordable price. So if you are an Applejack fan you should look for them this year.

ty: Even though ty also offers all mane6, the quality of the wings and the manes are not quite there. They are not that "plushable" and the thin hair structure of the main makes you miss the pillow-ish structure of the fellow competitors.

Now to the official products. As you probably know, Hasbro has very strict NDAs so we are only able to talk about two products we enjoyed in their booth, which were announced in their press kit:

As you may have seen from the photos at the London Toy Fair, the second Equestria Girls movie ”Rainbow Rocks“ will be one big special movie feature this Summer/Fall. Fitting to the battle of the bands you can buy the stage with rocking equipment, like drums and microphones. Also a dress-up singing Pinkie Pie doll will "rock your life".

For those preferring the brushables, a new set of Magical Ponies will arrive in two waves this year. The first half will feature Princess Twilight and Princess Cadance with huge, sparkling soft wings and a beautiful mane, the second half will have all four princesses as snow globe-like, "Spakling Princesses“ through which you can see and enjoy the cutiemark-shaped snowflakes inside of them.

That is sadly all I am allowed to talk about, but collectors of the mini-sets or blindbags will truly love this year’s sets - and even those who normally not buy the toys, will reconsider their opinion after seeing it in the shelves of Toys’R’Us, etc.
