ReplyDelete@Fon ShaolinMy only advice (to you and all other authors) is to read the "Pre-Reader Omnibus for Help Getting Your Fics on EQD" permalinked at the top of EQD. It gives you a good idea of what they're looking for and what they have to go through in the approval process. In reality, they're so busy at any given time that it can take a while for any one fanfic to get previewed. In the meantime, FimFiction or fanfic.net are good places to put it out there for others to read (and critique) your work, even if it doesn't immediately get a spotlight feature here on EQD.

ReplyDeleteOh, it's been on FimFiction for about two months now. I was just wondering because I've seen fics about episodes appear the day after they air. I was just wondering if something was wrong. I'm sure the pre-reader that's handling mine is just backlogged for the holiday or something.
On the upside, I'll have a good bulk of chapters for people to read by the time it finally gets up.
