    5. "My problem is that you are still breathing," is easily the best pre-fight line I've heard in a long time. Kudos.

    6. The amount of badass in this story is so high as to require sunglasses whilst reading it.

And that is truly badass indeed.

      *shades*

    9. Isn't Dashie something Pinkie would say? I don't see Applejack calling Rainbow Dash that.

Nice to see Celestia actually able to do something, allot of fics try to really restrain her powers, which isn't bad, too much and it would be ridiculous but it's always nice to see a fic that let's her actually do impressive things.

But the thing with the cutie marks and how magic works are still stupid.

(Facepalm) And these clones come from a place so far away from Ponyville? Then how did they get there so fast to help Fury? It was like, seconds. That makes no sense!!!

Even though this said it was based on Power Rangers.... I didn't actually think we'd see ponies with Power Ranger helmets.

I think a problem with this is that it needs more goofiness. More camp value. Right now it's just a little too serious to be like Power Rangers.

HA! Loved how sparks popped out when they fought.

Fight scene was pretty good. Could have been fleshed out more but that kind of fighting is probably supposed to be used later.

Over all... The fic has potential but it's not using all of it, and it has a lot of problems.

    10. It's My Little Pony and Power Rangers.
      Seriously.
      Watch both those shows.
      Then read this.
There is nothing worng with this fic in comparison to it's source materials.

    11. Wow... I gave up on Power Rangers after season 1. This, on the other hoof, is AWESOME!!!

Proof, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that ponies DO make everything at least 20% cooler!

    13. Very enjoyable read. I was particularly amused by the reveal of the Seventh Pony Ranger.

    14. This fic keeps kicking ass. Glad to see you doing better personally too, Baron Von Zakary.

I am sorry to point out that there are some continuity problems with Derpy, though:

1: Derpy was in the first episode before NMM returned and the Nightmare was separated from Luna.
She was also mentioned having been involved in the prior year's Winter Wrap Up.
Was Danios doing cloning before joining forces with Nightmare?
Or did he kidnap and kill the original Derpy as a test subject?

2: How would Curio recognize Derpy by sight? Derpy was sent off before the Psycho Ponies were awakened.

    15. Good points, for point 1 I'll just say that there is an answer, but you'll have to wait for it. ^^

As for point 2, that was a derp of my own. I meant to mention at some point that part of the Psycho's training was an overview of the previous generations and their failings. Guess either I forgot to write it, or it got lost between versions. My bad.

Now, point 3: Ditzy, not Derpy. A small thing, but I always feel a little bad for her being referred to as Derpy.

And finally, a huge shout out to everyone for sticking with it, and an extra large hug to everypony who sent me words of support. You have no idea how much better they made me feel. =)

    16. @Specter Von Baren To be fair about how the Psychos fast comings and goings, the fight scene in Part Two made a point about the Psychos, even when holding back a lot, are far stronger and faster the average pony. Chromatic Sprint, Dashie's counterpart, was the one to rescue Soaringfury, meaning that she's just that fast. Other than that, the Psychos, A) being based on classic Sentai, have teleporting powers by default or B) since they have a unicorn scientist and seemingly-dying evil Goddess who could do the teleporting on their collective behaves.

Secondly, this story is based on one of the darker parts of Power Rangers (partially to make up for the partially franchise-killing Turbo season), one where the Rangers were faced with five enemies who not only are powerful but also (within their first five minutes of screen-time) come to know their counterparts inside-out and beat the ever-loving crap out of them. Not only that, they spend the majority of their extensive story beating the crap out of the Rangers. If not for their master's plans and their lack of fellowship, they would've killed the Rangers off during their debut episodes. (On a sidenote, the Psycho Rangers, needed to be killed, sealed away, and killed again through two seasons to be dealt with.)

Furthermore, Power Rangers as a whole is more than just camp. Even back during the original seasons of Mighty Morphin' seasons (namely the Megazord's crushing destruction during Tommy Oliver's debut as the Green Ranger, the sense of dread during the first season finale, and Season Three/Alien Rangers ending with Command Center being destroyed). On top of that, there are the more serious seasons like In Space, Time Force, and RPM.

On the note of the six-on-six brawl (I'm now getting Pokemon flashbacks), it seemed to me the main points of the fights were to show off the power of the suits and Twilight's fight with Star.

Anyways, I agree that the fight and the fic as a whole could've been handled better but I just wanted to give my two cents on your two cents.
