I think you didn't read the note that EqqD posted on that silly gossip. Rainbow Dash is not a colt in Brazil, they still refer to her in the brazilian version as "she", "her", etc.
She just have a tomboyish voice in brazilian version.
People, people! It's not a typo if it's systematically wrong. Someone consistently getting a character's gender wrong through-out a body of text and not getting it right even once, that's the work of someone who just haven't been paying attention.
Also, whoever took that picture really needs to update their firmware... the new stuff has been out for a while! Or get one of the new boxes... they're legit!

Though to be fair, with RD's attitude and voice, it's easy to make the mistake it took me half-way through Twlight's meeting with RD in epp 1 to realize RD was female.
I already reported about this on the MLP:FiM wiki about a week ago (I'm a frequent contributor, and have FiOS) but some idiots (anonymous users) didn't understand, and kepy trying to gender correct RD, so we eventually had to remove it. I took a picture of my TV screen and everything.
