Jinratgiest, the animator that releases the "Evolution of a Scene" videos, Is working on something epic for his final installment to the series. He needs your help though! He needs OC ponies, and he needs them NOW!

Welp... I sent in a couple of my OC ponies. 'Cloud Contour' (math nerd green pegasus pony) and 'Garlic Fresh' (black and white smelly unicorn pony). I don't have drawings of them but I sent in SecondLife screen shots.

I finished mine last night and sent the email. It was fun, even if mine is not chosen. Gave me the chance to use Inkscape for the third time. My only regret? Deciding on a better name for my OC after I sent the email. xD

@Jelfes Well you don't know that, unless you yourself are an animator from the show, which I doubt since they would never act so negatively.

Though it seems more like he's just going to put them into the final Evolution of a Scene.
Just need to adjust leg length and capture the look of Disney villain eyes and I'm more or less good to go!

Sorry to crush hopes and dreams I too wish that were the case but there is no evidence that it is.

ReplyDeleteWell, they could decide the OCs are so well designed they can use them for those non-moving BG ponies. More variety, you know? The only problem I, a Flash animation Muggle, can see is that the clonehunting would become as big a Where's Waldo as S2 Derpy appearances.
Now I must make an amazing OC Pony. Erg.
