Also I really enjoyed the visuals of the video, however I think they should've used some other music. I think Cupcakes would be a horror movie but the music made it feel more like an epic movie. But if that's what they were going for, then fine by me.

I was still somewhat curious and would have gladly read the Cupcakes fanfic just to see what everyone's all crazy about (in more ways than one) After watching your trailer I am officially scared enough to not touch that link with a ten foot cursor. At least for now. I have to learn to face my fears. Nothing will keep me from reading it. Forever!

And I have to say I'm very impressed (in a startling way). Using just lines in the series just made this more frightening. I expected voice overs and such but this seems awfully legit which makes it that scary.
Yes, I read the fic before this and.... no, I couldn't finish it..... My mind just won't let me....

I thought the choice of Lux Aeterna was INCREDIBLY appropriate for the Cupcakes trailer! The song was popularized by the movie Requiem for a Dream, and in both that movie and the Cupcakes fic ***SPOILER ALERT*** it ends with one character having lost a chunk of their mind, and another character a chunk of flesh!
The only thing I can find wrong with the cupcakes trailer is that the music is loud enough to make hearing the voices difficult, but other than that it is perfect in every single way.
To all you people that haven't read Cupcakes yet, read it. Just keep in mind that it is a parody of all the shipping stories and is not serious. The effect that Cupcakes has had on the fandom and how frighteningly/hilariously it matches up with Party of One has made it a classic, at least to me.

I agree that "Cupcakes" a classic, and it is VERY special to many bronies' hearts since it's basically /b/'s signature on the MLP:FiM fandom. Yeah, I know /co/ technically started the fandom, but honestly, /co/ alone just wasn't large enough to spawn the phenomenon that we have today.
I think that this trailer is a manly tears inducing video for all of us that were "/b/ronies" before we were just "Bronies".
