Yes it costs some 20$. Twice the price of the actual package.
I bought it from Amazon a long wile ago at $20 along with the other set, that had the larger Twi, AJ, Celestia, Spike, and Pinkie and it was $10 less then at the store so I payed the same amount all together.

These appear to have shinier hair compared to the princess Celestia five pack. Also appears that the hooves are fatter.
I also find it curious that "Friendship is Magic" is not mentioned on the fourpack but is on the five pack.

Hey, just to chime in... Entertainment Earth is very much a reputable site. Alot of crazy toy collectors use them to just buy entire cases of whatever it is they collect.
I'll wait to hear comments from a few people who actually got them. It feels too much like a scam to me to just blindly trust it (We may be Bronies, but the rest of the world are still human).

The Beautiful and Beloved Luna did it jyst for the rainbow pegasus.

I could try... but shipping cost from poland might be a bit of problem. though it's not so bad as france.
I guess I got lucky when I found all the blister packaged ponies except Twilight at one Big Lots... and then found her at another one the next day. Especially since I see one Rainbow Dash going for $30 bucks on ebay!
