This is the moment you've all been waiting for. It gives us great pleasure to officially announce Everfree Northwest 2013! Our second annual event will be located at the SeaTac Airport Hilton Conference Center on the weekend of July 5-7. What does this mean for you? More space, more panels, more party! That's right, fillies and gentlecolts--you've forced us to expand yet again! Our beautiful new venue not only lets us accommodate more ponies, but also features more hang-out space than our previous two venues combined. We know some of you got a sneak peak at our new home during our closing ceremonies this year, and we're sure you'll join us in saying that the word "impressive" doesn't do it justice!
Pre-Registration will be opening this Wednesday, September 19th, at 7PM Pacific. Head over to our updated website, starting on Tuesday night at 8PM to create an account (badges will be marked as sold out until purchasing opens Wednesday). NOTE: If you created an account last year, you will have to create a new account for 2013, as we are revamping our registration code to make it easier to accommodate you. As anypony will tell you, Pre-Registration has its benefits, but this year we want to say a special thanks to our first attendees, so we're pleased to announce that the first 60 who purchase a Standard badge when pre-registration opens on Wednesday evening will receive a limited edition San Diego Comic Con motivational poster. Please note that these special gifts will go toward the first 60 who PURCHASE their badge, not just create it in the system. Details on Dealer's Tables and Sponsor Badges will be coming soon!
Our attendees mean the world to us and we just want to say that we never could have come this far without the support of both them and the community as a whole. To that end, we're incorporating valuable feedback we received after the event into planning next year's Everfree Northwest. For those who came to 2012, we can't wait to see you again. For those who are newcomers to our convention, we're looking forward to showing you a good time and providing you with a world-class pony event.
