      Definitely an interesting dynamic between the two characters. The whole story happened very naturally- that's something missing from most ship stories.

      This fic wasn't problem free for me. I stumbled over the beginning at a few parts where point of view shifts were a bit jarring or the descriptions of the feelings violated writing guidelines.

      You did, however, deftly handle the descriptions or romance with beauty, and introduced some backstory to AJ that was interesting and I was sad to see it not really go anywhere after the make out.

      So, imperfect, but good. Still quite a rarity.

      Thank you again, Buttersc0tch Sundae. Applejack/Rarity has probably become my favorite coupling, and your story is largely responsible.

      This story is beautiful, and supremely well done. The characters are wonderfully in-form. But we get a deeper look into our favorite ponies, featuring a peek into the childhood and heart of Applejack.

      There were heart-wrenching moments throughout, and a warm, tender ending.

      And I really want to see these two together more.

      Ok, this has GOT to be a conspiracy. All the RariJack stuff last week made me think of this story again, and then it just so happens to pop up here. This is obviously some twisted plot to distract me from getting anything accomplished by overloading me with my OTP. Well congratulations, because it's working :P

      Wow, I did not expect that to be so beautiful and honest. I keep expecting to read an annoying love-story on here, but you ponies keep making me "d'aaaw" with a glimpse of stirring love. I definitely like the Applejack/Rarity dynamic now, and i'll certainly keep this fic in mind when deciding my favorite ship-couples. Well done.
