Spitfire Defenitly Isn't a Dude In The Swedish Version

Remember back in the day when the Polish version of Friendship is Magic popped up on Youtube, and we heard Spitfire for the first time? Well, it looks like whatever group is in charge of hiring voice actors outside the USA decided to make up for it. I'll let you guys check it out for yourselves though.

In other news that may or may not be related, I'm sure most of you are aware that Ashleigh Ball (the voice of Rainbow Dash and Applejack) heads her own band called 'Hey Ocean!'. For fans in Vancouver on June 16, the band is having a concert and CD release show at the Vogue Theater. It's $20 and you can find more details here.

Animation Analysis: Talk is Cheap

Once again, gbaudette over on Youtube has blown my mind with another animation analysis based around mouth movements to form specific word sounds.  My lack of experience in animation was quite surprised to see how much actually goes into this.  I also can't imagine how tedious it would be to modify every single section of a word to match the movement of the mouth.  Hats off to all those animators out there! I feel for you, I really do.

Minecraft Cloudsdale
