Another short Drawfriend! I admit, I kind of like them this size, as it really lets the works get some individual attention. Of course, I worry about missing out on good artwork being left out too, so there's that.
1) Now that is why you become an adventurer. Fame, fortune and groupies probably aren't too bad either. Cool image!
2) She knows how to move that plot! Cool, minimal Scratch.
3) That's a funky style Twilight, and I dig it!
4) Uh-oh... Scoots is going to be a moody teenager someday? I guess I have to love her while she's still cute.
5) I like that backdrop... neat bit of design. Now why is Vinyl so down?
6) Applejack just makes a good engineer/mechanic, doesn't she? I like the "little mac"
7) Very attractive style for the two pegasi... Looks like Scootaloo isn't flightless any more.
8) Always love White Diamonds' character work, and this is warm and funny with great lighting. AJ's snicker is just perfect.
9) SPOILER: I guess the only problem I have with the connection is that I really thought the star itself on Twi's flank was the symbol for the element of magic. It still represents that, sure, but seems less special if her brother has it too. I wonder how good he is at magic. (or what the three stars above the shield represent.)
10) Some very pretty princess ponies. I like the gradual change in the background as well.
11) A lot of effort goes into an eclipse. It's a neat idea for an image.
12) Nice to see Spitfire doing what she does best!
13) Aha... an expanded version of the previous one, or was the other one still in-progress? Either way, Dash and Derpy seem to have some tension in the ranks. Still some great rendering.

#1: The style's a bit different from the show, but I think it works very well with Daring Do, especially with this drawing of her anticipating what's to come.
#8: I've already praised this drawing on WhiteDiamonds' blog, so let me just briefly mention that I adore the colors and their expressions.
#15: I have no idea what possessed this artist to draw ponies in jars, but they're cute, especially Applejack and Derpy. Wonderful colors and a fun chibi style.
#18: I really like the simple style used for this group portrait, and Applejack (again) is far too cute sleeping atop those apples.
#19: Very impressive 3D model of the SSCS6K; is this going to be used in a game or animation?

As much as I wish people wouldn't post spoilers, with that particular episode slated to be shown over 6 weeks from now, the only realistic way to avoid any spoilerage for that long would be to avoid pony sites altogether.

Yay, Drawfriend! And my newest commissioned artpiece made the cut as well; what I nice thing to discover upon arriving home from work!
A few pieces I feel compelled to comment on tonight, though I'm afraid the list is short seeing as how I have a million things to do:
#1 What a nifty picture this is! A very nice interpretation of Daring Do, and the coloring is lovely as well I must say... it really almost looks like watercolor. Love the light bursts with the neat lens flare effect as well.
#5 This is a pretty spiffy fanart of Vinyl Scratch! I really like the loose, expressive style and the pose and expression are interesting. Nice, simple little background as well that frames her perfectly.
#13 I thought this picture looked rather familiar, so I'm glad I'm not merely imagining things (yet again). The background of this especially is quite impressive (I absolutely love the clouds and sun glow in particular), and I really like the way the artist draws pegasus wings, even if they're obviously entirely different from the series.
#15 D'aw, such cute little ponies in jars! All are quite adorable, but I especially love Applejack bucking determinedly at the glass... that is too perfect.
Also, of course, I must offer my thanks to everyone who mentioned my piece (#8)... I really am so happy that people seem to like it, and I certainly appreciate the kind comments immensely. ^.^ Thank you, everyone~!
