Nice start, but one thing I noticed (and I don't mean to be that guy) is that Marble turned into a unicorn.
This looks to be a great story, looking forward to more updates.

So, let me get this straight, we're about to read a fictional story about a fictional character of a fictional show? I'm ok with ficception.
Getting right on that as soon as I'm done with fallout: equestria (which may still take 3-4 days)
Now go even deeper and have Daring Do read a story.
I tried but couldn't get into it. The introduction just didn't hook me and overall I felt the writing was too complex.
When I think of Daring Do I think of a book for kids that's really easy to understand and clearly written. Now you might say "well its fanfic it can be anything".
True but I feel like since Daring Do was referencing a specific genre (those childrens adventure books) it should follow that in fanfic as well.
Daring Do is an homage to pulp action serials of the 1930s, 40s and 50s, which were not intended to be read by kids.
Indiana Jones is also a pastiche of 30s action serials, hence why Daring Do is Indiana Jones with four legs and wings.
