...am I the only one who thought of The Final Destination when listening to the first one?

And got a vivid mental image of a redneck racist being accidentally lynched by his own tow truck?

...speaking of which, I'm surprised there hasn't been a Final Destination crossover yet based off the Grand Galloping Gala...

I suppose the Hitler videos could be at least slightly amusing if grammar were even a consideration on the part of the people who make them.

"Her name is Twilight Sparkle and she's not stupid!"

Brilliant. XD

The other two videos were quite good as well!

Love the Hitler brony one but my personal favorite was number one and it really fits the show! :)

Why do I suddenly want to see WWII reenacted with ponies? Or at least well known historical figures as ponies.

I'd just like to thank that Hitler vid for introducing me to the Fluttershy "Fireflies" parody. SUPERIOR TO THE ORIGINAL.

@NotAGoodUsername360
why the hell would we want a final destination crossover...

NotAGoodUsername360 said...

@Brandeaux I didn't say we did... it's just that almost everything is getting crossed with ponies these days, is all... O_o

...And that, my friends, is how WWII really ended.

Haven't heard that song in the first in a good while now. Not bad.

Live To Win! Good song. And every time I hear that song it reminds me of the WoW episode of South Park. lol Decent video.

Spongebob Schwammkopf! That's a good show, right? lol I like these fun Hitler reaction videos. They're usually pretty funny.

Fluttershy doesn't have to ask to be friends. She just is your friend automatically.

#1 was pretty meh, in my opinion.
#2 was relatively awesome.
#3... hey Hitler, you mad?
Yep, he mad.

Hahaha, That Hitler one made me laugh.

Wait, I thought Hitler understood English for diplomatic purposes (like with Chamberlain), was I incorrect?

InkyPie said...

The Hitler videos just aren't funny if you speak german.

i think hitler needs a hug. :)

Wierdplatformer said...

The hitler video was slightly funny, but those music videos rocked!

Firleycat said...

This is the first time I have heard the first two songs in full. I always heard them in the Simpsons and South Park and say that I would look them up but then I forget. Its about time I heard all of them.

1. haha, nice. I like the YTPMV style put in it
2. meh. the song works for RD, not so much Pinkie. and if you are going to attempt to lip-sync (which I don't care for anyway) at least do it right
3. surprised this hasn't been done yet, very funny

@Crimson Valor
Yeah, that was just lazy, no doubt about it. Some of them are actually kind of well done, but this one...no.

The more I watch the "Why Can't We Be Friends" video, the more it grows on me.

@Ferrous_Oxide
Political Leaders:
Winston Churchill: Rainbow Dash (think I'm wrong? Read a couple Churchill biographies. It fits, I promise you)
Franklin D. Roosevelt: Rarity
George Marshall: A grown-up Apple Bloom, maybe?
Iosef Stalin: Applejack
Adolf Hitler: Nightmare Moon (remember "their food can't grow without sunlight?")
Hirohito/Emperor Showa: Fluttershy. The man's hobby was marine biology, for one thing.
Vittorio Emmanuele III (King of Italy): Fluttershy, if Vittorio Emmanuele figures in the story.
Benito Mussolini: A grown-up, evil Scootaloo, probably.

European/North African Theater:
Dwight D. Eisenhower: Big Mac
Alan Brooke and/or Bernard Montgomery: Twilight Sparkle
Erwin Rommel: Trixie. Not least for the Monty/Rommel and Twilight/Trixie thing.
Erich von Manstein: Celestia

Pacific Theater:
Douglas MacArthur: Trixie
Chester Nimitz: Spike
William Halsey: Rainbow Dash (if Churchill isn't a character)
Raymond Spruance: Big Mac
Miles Rutherford Browning (strategist of the Battle of Midway, chief of staff to William Halsey): Twilight Sparkle
Yamamoto Isoroku: Celestia (not Trollestia, mind: pretty much everyone thought he was a decent guy).
Sir William Slim: Applejack

Certainly not a complete list, especially in terms of the European theater. In particular, I don't know anything about the personalities of the Soviet generals, since most of the scholarship I've read on the Second World War is by Western authors, and some of it predates the fall of the Soviet Union and the opening of its archives.
