First video is kinda funny with those target locks.
Guessing the second is parodying a videogame kinda. Maybe I'm having a derp moment, but not sure which it is. Probably an obvious one too. Decent video though.

I kept reading it as Last Night, which made me hope it was a Good Charlotte PMV. It weren't, but it was still awesome. I remember somepony else doing that same Metro trailer, but I think this was far superior.
Those images with ponies on snowboards always makes me wonder if we'll see some Snowboard action in another winter themed episode Kick Buttowski styled maybe? Or it's own unique style
That's G3 Minty. There WAS a G1 Minty, but her butt symbol was different (they weren't called cutie marks then) and her hair was a different color. She was still a nice wintergreen color though.
G1 Minty had an all white mane, and her cutie mark was shamrocks. She was one of the original eight ponies designed (counting Peachy and Lemon Drop) and never appeared in animation (already being out of production even by the time of Midnight Castle), so who knows what she was like.
G3 Minty is the more popularized one, with the stripped pink mane, and the pepermint candies cutie mark. She was featured in the G3 videos and was the main star of one of them. This Minty is dim (even for a G3) and ridiculously clumbsy, but was indeed the first pony to have a major SOCK fettish. She was depicted as loving and collecting and wearing socks, and had enough of a collection to give some to every other pony in Ponyville.
I can't find any good pics of the blind bag G4 Minty (photobucket appears to be misbehaving thisafternoon..) but apparently, while finaly relased as an earth pony, a poster showed both the toy, and an alternate vector of her, as a pegasus.
