The one by EvilSugar is REALLY ADORABLE ...!
The one on the bottom looks nice from a distance, but, seeing all of that visible stitch work is a little bit of a turn-off buy wise. Not to mention, while from the side view it looks AMAAAAAZING, the frontal view is a little....uhm... well, it looks uh... flat. Not as accurate as it could be.

I'm not a huge fan of RainbowDash, to be honest... well, I WASN'T... since Mimi AKA EvilSugar is coming up with these plushies, not to mention the other ones from other awesome artists, I'm really startin' to get something' for her. Just look at that smile! :)

OMG want so bad. These are seriously my favorite of the plushie designs that we've seen so far. Ahhhhh I need them both in my life.
I think that, so far, the second one is the most show accurate toy we've seen.
TAKE ALL MY MONEY! I can't figure out why Hasbro isn't producing plushies like these, I would buy one in a heartbeat
