As a fan of microwave popcorn, I find this endlessly hilarious. Very funny on the whole with a couple of particular gems, this was a rather fun read.

@Anonymous The only real difference between micro waves and radio waves is wavelength, and they're pretty close together. Easy mistake to make for someone who's been stuck in the moon for a thousand years.

This has been a great read, oh how I miss playing and watching baseball. Luna was such a good sport and all of the apple family was great. Luna and Applebloom had the cutest relationship in the story.

This is a great group of stories, and I have to say that I love one major fact you've focused on. That Luna and Celestia are sisters, and in these stories they act like it, with the friendly banter and everything.
It's also adorable to see that Luna is a total geek.
My god, I thought Fluttershy was somewhat cute, but she pales in comparison to Luna now. She's so adorable, awkward, and innocent it almost killed me. I was embarrassed for her at one point. Oh, if I could blush, you'd see it last for half an hour.

An idea. While alcoholic beverages are ancient. Distilling for "hard" alcohols was a renaissance invention IIRC. So you could introduce Luna to Vodka, Whiskey etc.
Entertaining, pleasant and funny; a great combination.
This is easily becoming one of my favorite series. The characters are spot on. The plot is believable. The writing is good. I hope this continues for a long time.

I love these, though I find your portayal of Luna a bit weird (i.e. at odds with my personal views). :) Celestia strikes me as more of the mathy, workaholic type; I'd think Luna would be more flighty and emotion-driven. I figure that as part of the reason for her fall.

So many wacky hijinks! I'm just grinning ear to ear. Luna's kinda reminding me of how Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender acted in normal social interactions, only Luna isn't evil. Also, Luna's secret identity being a glasses wearing librarian makes her have more cuteness power then even Fluttershy.

I am on chapter 3 now and I hope you keep these coming. I usually don't read fanfics, but find your novels to be light-hearted, and funny enough to enjoy them. The microwave was funny enough to work in the setting. The mention of the space-program part maybe seemed a little too far from the MLP:FIM setting and caused some unnecessary friction in the story for me. Still it is a great story, and I will continue to read it.

Well, I have a Doctor Whoof story idea in regards to the abacus (Wouldn't Luna be happy to know her abacus helped save the universe?), but I might write more for Progress itself.
On the other hand, I do want to branch out a little in the characters I write. I already have two Doctor Whoof stories that have yet to be posted to ED, and I've got a pretty lengthly Luna fic. I might try my hand at a Trixie fic next.

It made Luna stressed and freaked out, to the point Hoyden would arrange for a blind date with Big Mac which would hopefully lead to Luna loosening up a little and not feeling so depressed about modern life.
She didn't count on all the specifics, she just established the proper emotional circumstances based on the existing relationships. Not a Xanatos Gambit, more like a Batman Gambit. But she pulled it off all the same.
This is the funniest thing I have ever read. It's like a sit-com only actually funny. You good sir are a master of comedic story telling. I hope that there are more tales to come.
