The voice on the No More Heroes video is awful but the choice of lines for a few of the ponies is excellent. Applejack's line is really good and Pinkie Pie's laugh sounds so ominous.

So I'm at the register, then I realize I got no money. I was seriously broke. Why? Cuz I met this smokin' hot chick last night at the Hay-Bale bar. Man, she smelled good! So being the gentleman I am, I bought her a drink.
Anyhoo, I decide to get a job. The gig: assassinate "The Prince." So I went where I was supposed to and waited for the guy to show up. And there he was. This unicorn. Stuck up, snooty. Couldn't tell if he was "the shit"...or just plain ol' shit. Yeah, so he's stylin', fast, aggressive and packin' insults. Bada Bing! Or at least it was supposed to be... Til she showed up.
Her name: Rarity. An agent with this whatchamacallit Association.
"Congratulations, darling! You are now certified as the 11th deadliest pony in Equestria. Now why don't you be a dear and take out the 10 killers above you, and aim for the top?"
I wanna be the iron pony. How's that? Short and simple enough for you? It's gonna be a long, hard gallop. But who knows? Could kick ass... Could be dangerous. Could totally suck. Whaddaya say, brony? Join me. Let's see how far we can take this. And for you there holding the Wii Remote right now... Just press the A Button. LET THE BUCKING BEGIN!
For those who have never played No More Heroes, the reason "The Great and Powerful Trixie" was #4 is because in the actual game, the 5th assassin's name was something completely ridiculous like 'Harvy lksajgk;jlsja;lgjaljg;laskjg" and the announcer took forever to say it.
And I guess Nightmare Mooon ends up getting her ovaries ripped out and you fight someone like Celestia or Spike or Angel.

Also, Harvey, the one Trixie is in place of, was a stage magician.
I liked the first one, even if the voice that named the character kind of sucked.
The second one was great, the syncing was spot-on
I didn't really like the last one, a lot of the jokes had already been done, some made no sense, and the syncing was pretty bad at some points
