Quite a well done story. Being a fan of Twilight Sparkle, the thought of her being an alcoholic sounds unrealistic and silly, but it is a great story for if she ever did become such a thing.

Well Twilight grabs a brown bottle and pours its contents into what looks like a margarita glass during the first episode. It was hot sauce, but she clearly didn't know that. So, I supposethat she though that the bottle was full of alcohol.
Twilight as a mean drunk is very believable. And hilarious.
Awesome characterization, and no glaring grammar/spelling errors. A very well written story all around!
I couldn't help but laugh at Twilight calling out all her friends, especially about Rarity and Applejack, and Dash watching her in the shower.
The Swayback reference was hilarious.

It's strange, but for some reason I find the same thing myself. Twilight *is* very believable as an angry drunk, but I can't put my finger on exactly why, lol.
Also, I really love the way the fanfiction from different authors is now starting to reference eachother, lol. Perhaps some collaborative "worldbuilding" process should begin that sets some things as constants for use by any fanfic author. The geography of Equestria is something that needs to be filled out... where landmarks, cities and towns actually are relative to eachother, etc.

I should mention that I'm the writer of Swayback Mountain, so I'm just referring my own work. A bit incestuous, but anyway... I'm glad that Swayback had such a positive response and I hope that some of my new work might reach its level of popularity.

Well, Twilight is pretty much as cynical as anypony in this show ever gets. It's kind of natural she'd be the grumpy drunk.

Is there a continuity? Umm, not really - unless I can benefit from referencing one story in another (ie Swayback in this one for a cheap laugh)

This was funny. Odd to think of Twilight with a drinking problem, but dealt with nicely; good stuff.

In the 1st episode when pinkie gave twilight a surprise party the 1st thing she did was go for the drinks.
A good read, but it somehow felt rushed. I kind of wanted to hear more about the other ponies problems as well as twilight's.
