ReplyDelete7 I LOVE this series. Check out the guy's DA. at least one has been featured here before. There are supposed to be 4 total. Night, Dawn, Day, and Dusk. It's the exact same viewpoint of Ponyville's market, but seen at different times. ** SPOILER ALERT ** Dash is awake in only one of them LOL!

ReplyDelete#1: You know, I would think that even non-fans would have to admit that Dash has a pretty awesome design. I like her "go" pose.
#2: This is really cute. I note that in the show, riding a pony is pretty personal (no, not *that* way!)... I don't think any of the fillies, pets or Spike have ever sat on the backs of anyone other than their caretakers. Twilight can't fly, though, and Fluttershy is super nice, so I can see this happening.
#3: This is a great, simple drawing with loads of personality. She seems very confident here... must be singing with her bird friends.
#4: Still find Alley super-cute.
#5: I just read that Minecraft comic yesterday, and enjoy this Applejack image as well.
#6: Man, the AJ love keeps on coming. And who wouldn't love that pony?

ReplyDelete#4 & 19 It still astounds me how a character can have literally two seconds of airtime and get dozens upon dozens of artwork drawn of them. And in rather short order too. I know, I know. Of anyone, I shouldn't be one to point that out. lol I didn't say it was a bad thing. :P I think the big draw to Allie Way here, is her hair and her elongated body structure that lures people in. Besides the Princesses, you don't typically see ponies with her tall body structure.
#5 More Minecraft crossovers. I don't play the game, but I find many of these pics to be funny and entertaining. :P
#7 Sunset version now, nice. Pretty sky sure is pretty. :)
#8 Awww, so cute while they're sleeping. Well, Fluttershy is almost always cute anyway, but y'know. Still adorable. Especially with Angel curled up on her. <3
#9 I like how they did the mane and tail's coloring. Looks nice. Though it looks like they're filled with some type of gas. :P Pinkie's expression is also so cute and happy. She makes me happy just seeing how happy she is.

#14 This is a very nice-looking piece too. Though Twilight looks slightly odd to me. Love the sky though. And the avians. Unsure what type they are exactly. lol Twilight made the flower buds into hatching eggs though. Dang Twilight. :O

I don't think he'd have to do a lot of surfing around for it, since there's so much content going up everyday. I'm sure every artist wants as many people to see their piece as possible, so of course they're going to upload and submit back to ED.

Well, it's my own belief that Seth gets the majority of the artwork from Ponibooru, the reason being that I used to try and submit all of my work manually (only to have it posted about 50% of the time). Now I only post it on my blog but apparently, other people are taking it and submitting it to other fansites after that... it's only after that has happened, from what I can tell, that it makes it up here.
But anyway. Onto the reviews~!
#2 What an adorable little picture is this! I am totally loving the artist's style here; both Spike and Fluttershy are too cute!
#5 A very simple but cute little Applejack fanart... the somewhat chibified-style is definitely endearing. ^.^
#6 More Applejack! <3 <3 I feel as though I have been spoiled lately; our dear little cowpony has actually been getting some decent attention in fanworks the past several days! I do hope it continues... anyhow very nice little piece.
#7 I feel as though I've seen this picture here several times before, but then I realized it's just the same setting with different characters and such... at least I think so. Anyway though! In any case it's very nice... love all the little interactions and such going on.
#9 Another cute little piece... I really like the soft sparkly coloring here. The style is very adorable even though the ears sort of make me think of a cat's (which is funny, because it's not like cat and pony ears look that differently from each other anyway). But yes, very sweet!
#10 This is obviously cuteness edition of Drawfriend... Fluttershy is way too lovable.
#11 I suppose this is probably supposed to be shippy, but regardless I still like it. It's always nice to see more Braeburn fanworks (I really do love his character design), and Rarity is looking fantastic as always!

#14 I always recognize this artist's pieces when they come up... everything about their work is just so incredibly distinctive. That having been said, while unusual this is quite nicely done.
#15 I don't really know what's going on here, other than this is a Zelda crossover but I did want to say that I very much like all the ponies' expressions and body language... this is a nice action shot.

I don't intentionally try to sound like her... perhaps it's just the fact that I actually bother to type in... er, proper English on the internet? I've always cared about and tried to be conscious of my grammar (online and off), and sadly that's something that is commonly lacking in internet discussions.
