GALUP Charity Event
Last Tuesday, members of Lancaster University's brony society (GALUP) braved the cold and wet Lancaster weather to sell homemade cake in support of a local homeless shelter. Despite the conditions, we manged to raise a great £108.89!
We had a great time making all the cake, and a big thanks to everyone who helped out on the day! Hope everypony has a good Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Pony Role Playing Group on Kik
The newest Kik update on the App Store and Google Play Store enabled the groups to have up to 50 ponies chatting at once! But even better, groups can now go public! Search the role playing group by putting #mlprp in the Kik searching system thing! This group would like to keep things pony related and keep the general rules of no cussing, and no NSFW material. Lunar Echoes is seeking a new editor on staff for recorded episode post-show editing. The editor must be proficient with Audacity or another audio tool and must be able to follow the manager's directions in order to improve themselves and our podcast.
These are the list of responsibilities you will undertake:
* Manage your time well and get things processed and turned in on time
* Know when to ask for assistance or opinions
* Have the ability to pick out inappropriate content and remove it or edit around it
* Have the skill to combine mismatched audio parts to make it sound cohesive
* Be willing to come on and speak as a host once in a while

Weekend 24-hr Charity Stream
Who’s ready for a good ol’ fashioned holiday stream? You might recall the ongoing ALOS Drive that we’ve been doing to help the mod of Pegasus Lola deal with bills and get treatment for her back and gastric issues. Well, we managed to raise enough to pay off her bills, but not quite enough to get all the medicine she’ll need, and to raise the last bit of it we’ve decided to hold a grand 24-hour holiday stream. It’ll start at 2pm PST this next Friday (the 19th), and we’ll have several artists in there ready and willing to take (and stream!) your commissions! We’ll also be doing a large skype call between all the artists, and probably playing some games (Cards Against Humanity, TSSSF, and others) that some audience members may be able to join in!

I'm Night Breeze / Wind Wolf, in case you remember me-- a 23-years-old active musician from the fandom since 2011... and I'm in big need of help.

I live in a country with HUGE economic problems... and because of that, I will soon have to travel to another country for 3 to 6 months to work on a farm, hotel, restaurant or whatever else I can get, just to make some money to bring back home.
I would have to leave my home, my friends, my family and my music, my passion, just to make some money to bring back. And it wouldn't be just 1 time.
