Man, what is it with traveling jerks coming into Ponyville with the explicit intent of making money but really just causing problems along the way? I bet they all went to the same business school. I can just picture Iron Will, Trixie, and the Flim Flam Brothers all in class together. Make it happen fan artists, make it happen. :)
There was many ways the episode could go, I'm pleased to see it's going to start as one of those pushing types of guru helping Fluttershy.
I just hope the episode won't end with her going 'I shouldn't try to be something I don't want to be' and dump the entire episode off her mind. She has to be true to her namesake, sure, but I do believe it's time she gets to change her normal behavior.
All my money on Fluttershy being too assertive because of initial positive reinforcement, then learning to take things in moderation after some chaos. Add in a letter to Celestia and viola - Episode complete. :3
This episode is going to be very awesome. I didn't have high hopes, since I don't find many surprises with Fluttershy, but...this episode is going to be VERY. AWESOME.
I was also kind of hoping somewhere that Peter Cullin would do the voice if Iron Will, and it would be like Fluttershy is being mentored by Optimus Prime. Of course on second though that wouldn't work.
On the one hand, I'm looking forward to the inevitable hamminess of this episode. Fluttershy is just adorably awkward. On the other hand, however, I'm not looking forward to Fluttershy being a jerk, and all of the shoe-horned references to it in new story updates.
Iron Will is a Minotaur eh, sweet. Also I eagerly look forward to the return of Flutterbitch, or that is to say a new derivative of the character...Assertashy!
also, a minotaur doesn't mean humans existed. humans could end up being the one actual mythological creature in that setting. as in, of all the creatures that ARE real, humans are the one that is actually a myth.
It means lots and lots of fanfics will use Minotaurs as a race like they did with the griffions!
I can already see it, Equestira: Total War with Ponies, Griffions and Minotaurs!!! <3 Now all that´s missing are some Werewolfs or Wolfen cause i dont think they gonna call Iron will Minotaur in this episode, but rather Bull.
Iron Will's voice is totally Chris Rager using his Mr. Satan/Hercule voice from the 1996 Dragon Ball Z! I don't even watch Dragon Ball Z and a little research on Behind the Voice Actors told me that!

Hmmmm, I'm a little nervous about the message of this one. However if any show can pull it off it's MLP FIM. I hope they do it similarly to what they did in Boast Busters, and show the difference between being a jerk and being assertive while still encouraging and putting enough emphasis on the latter.

Can't be. With the exceptions of Tara Strong (who does Twilight's speaking voice and nobody else) and John de Lancie (who was a major guest character), the show strictly uses Vancouver-based voice talent. Chris Rager is based in Texas, so it's not him.

Can't be. With the exceptions of Tara Strong (who does Twilight's speaking voice and nobody else) and John de Lancie (who was a major guest character), the show strictly uses Vancouver-based voice talent. Chris Rager is based in Texas, so it's not him.
