Not only is the full on Derpy Hooves model used, but Fluttershy can be heard in the background cheering you on as you play.
I'm really curious about how they are getting away with this one.

Erm, no, no they can't. This isn't a parody. This is just a game that uses some media from the show. They aren't commenting on the show in any way.
Cameo does not a copyright claim make. Otherwise half the television sitcoms on TV would be off the air by now...

I don't understand how there's always a copyright panic in the US when something like this comes out, but in Japan, you can make your own gay porn based on a series and sell it for profit with no worries.
OMG, fluttershy's "Yay" and "Way to go" is so cute, the game is a little hard to play at first, but I'm the type of person that loves puzzle and fast past games. Overall, I feel that this will be worth it to some of us bronies, but not to all of us. Sound needs to be louder, and you don't want to be high or sensitive to flashing lights. I give it a 5/10 for just played it now not 5 min. ago.

We are alot more sue happy then Japan. Over there, they don't care as much (that doesn't mean they CAN'T sue or don't sue sometimes.)
Selling this is opening them up to a potential lawsuit. And while Hasbro's been cool with stuff, they have sued for infringement on other non-pony stuff.
