I think that the first one is the absolute best. Its just sounds so peaceful and it just... Amazing, I makes mee feel like I just wanna yell out ILOVEYOU to someone.
The first one is a great "chill out" sort of version. The second I didn't like so well -- it strikes me as "noisy", with the kind of sounds I normally associate with an audio stream screwing up. The third one didn't work for me. WWU doesn't exactly have the "canon" chord structure, and it doesn't adjust the rhythm to the original song's odd rhythms, so it desynchronizes a lot.
OMG i was all into the second song until the audio started to clip constantly >.< I thought it was my speakers at first . . . then i realized they cost me 200bits, klipsch audio thx blah blah blah. . . . . . While i liked these mixes . . . the original is still the best and my absolute FAV! Its been two weeks straight since i watched the WWU episode fore the first time and the song is still the first thing i hum or whistle . . . ALL THE TIME!! I can say . . . i abslutely love The Mix for the CNC theme done by Dethonator. Its a light metal but just an awesome sound!!
Downloaded Pinkypieswear's trance-techno Winter Wrap Up (Late Again). It's like Tears For Fears did a cover of Winter Wrap Up. As I was downloading like a boss, the Youtube and the Tindeck audio were playing simultaneously but with a 30 second lag on the Tindeck. The extra layer overlap was very nice. 8^)

I really like the first one and will likely add it into my music collection. I don't have many chill out worthy songs I like.
3rd one I don't really care for, but I can see how others could.
