To answer the question posed in the description, I think it's probably because human-style clothes add a cute factor to almost all animals.

Seriously, this is just plain awful. Between the poor grammar and the atrocious formatting, I can't find whatever story the author was planning on telling.
This is completely unreadable, plain awful. I read the 1 chapter 3 times ,and don't understand anything at all.
