• Nightly Roundup #1038

It's the quiet ones you've got to watch out for. You don't know if one day they are going to come roaring out of the sky with a fire breathing dragon! Probably not likely in the real world, but you shouldn't take your chances.

Time for some news folks. Get it while it is hot!

August Monthly Meetup - Pony Art 'n Games Jam

For the past weekends has been a whole another event after another after BronyCon, but in one of the best cities in the world they still have a group Bronies that know how to keep the Brony spirits up. A big gather of Bronies came together in midtown of the Big Apple, Manehattan. Organized by fellow Bronies of Bronies-NYC they had a plentiful set of activities for all to participate in. Attendance count for the event was 65, they had Bronies coming in from as far away as Spain.
There was blind bag pony re-painting station for people to do some re-coloring of figures into their favorite pony or personal OCs.
It is the Big City and they had a big screen for whatever video games that you ever have the feeling for. Though when you have Rock Band and also happened to have a whole lot of Pony songs, you play on as the good times roll. Everyone coming down and pouring their hearts out to the songs they know and love. Then of course you have pony episodes and PMVs playing up on there just in case you needed more of the ponies you loved.
The artist community was also out with us practicing their various artistic abilities with different mediums, also commissions were open to all. We also had developing artists join the rest to ask for help and tips on how they can improve their art style.
Let us not forget about goods that were up for sale from vendors, oh yes never let BronyCon be your only source of your pony goods cause they might be available closer then you think. Providing attendees with your need for plushies, prints, and other pony merchs for Brony needs. Even a vendor providing attendees with deliciously baked goods to give in to your sweets quota.
Then when the night was setting in, they kicked it up a notch with a Brony Rave, having a new DJ at the stand for his first live performance for attendees. He played and mixed his tunes to getting people moving on the floor dancing to the beats we know and love. All enjoyed time with old friends and making some new ones, and the memories they took away were worth all the icing in the world!
Check out the additional photos and future listing events from the Bronies-NYC Page.

    A BronyCon Experience

We didn't have very many people at BronyCon this year to make a summary of the experience, but that certainly doesn't mean others didn't have the chance. A cool fan by the name of Yenchik wrote in detail about their experience at their very first BronyCon so if you have ever been hesitant about going check this account out for yourself!
