Holy crap, these guys move fast. Welovefine added a whole bunch of new shirts to their collection, along with a few different types of canvas bags. Apparently pony is the first section of the site to receive something other than clothing, so I think we can safely assume that bronies do in fact spend money when the items available are awesome enough. (I hope you are reading this Hasbro!)

It took them all of FOUR DAYS after Epic Cupcake Time went live to put out two shirts dedicated to it.

I've bought quite a few of their shirts thus far, and judging by this new batch, I have a feeling I'll be buying more, too.
These technically are Hasbro shirts, in the sense that these ones are officially licenced.

ReplyDeleteA little buyer beware before ordering shirts from Welovefine: I just received a few shirts that I had ordered, and I am going to have to send them all back and have them exchanged. The sizes run WAY smaller than anything I've ever seen, so you may want to order a size larger than you wear, unless you like your shirts skinfuckingtight.

Also kinda funny how when the shirts were first on that site many of the shirts weren't even for men but now they put up the men's shirts first. I hope Hasbro is paying attention too because more pony merch (like dvds or show accurate ponies) is always good!

Wow, they do move fast, though. Just since ordering my "Yay" shirt I've seen probably a dozen others I now must own. it's not like I was spending my money on anything else, like food.
Oh Celestia... that Rarity bling shirt. The only thing I can think of is Pogosama's track that uses that very same screenshot (pouty Rarity from Suited For Success). Talk about a perfect fit!

I only just started sketching on a similar piece the other night... I suppose I'll just have to take that as some sort of cosmic encouragement!

ReplyDeleteTrue that, I bought my usual size from them and it's a little snug whereas this size is normally fairly loose on me.
Anyway, it seems like they're adding new designs almost daily. Pony shirts must be selling pretty well for them to do this.

Wow, first time I've ever ordered anything from overseas - I hope it arrives safe! Couldn't resist the Evil Brony League shirt. FiM is pretty much a nonexistant thing down here in New Zealand, so I wonder if anypony here will spot me in my rad new shirt when (if) it arrives? woohoo
ReplyDeleteOh I'm pretty sure that Hasbro is watching what goes on with Welovefine.com. They granted them an official license, after all, the first company outside of Hasbro to be granted a license to produce merchandise based on their intellectual property, as far as I can recall...

They actually have a fluttershy & pinkie reggie watts/fuck shit stack t-shirt. So awesome.
ReplyDeleteBtw, for international buyers: it says something like ten days for the product to arrive, but mine wasn't posted until about two weeks after the order, so it took about a month from order to arrival.
So don't worry if it seems to be taking too long to deliver: they email when it's been shipped, so you don't need to think about delivery times until then.
