Why do you give each fan fiction it's own post and yet you bundle multiple drawings into just one post?

For Phoe: Phoe, you submitted a post that was an interview with butterscotch sundae and a dissertation on why sexualization of ponies is ok. As of now though the blog hasn't posted anything that discusses why sexualization of the show might be considered wrong. Something that covers the facts that maybe if the mainstream perceives bronies as perverts people will think that we watch the show cause we're sick not because the show has any merit. Also if everybody thinks we're perverts they're not gonna let hasbro (a childrens toy company mind you) cater to us. This would limit on things like equestria girls and shout outs to bronies in general. Do you think that this blog is slightly bias due to the blogponies (such as yourself) being ok with sexual content?

1 Have you told friends and/or family about your "little" pony obsession? If so, what do they think? Do they know that you run a blog about ponies? Again, what do they think?

Do you know if the production team is well aware abou the more, erm... eccentric part of the fanbase, or do they cover their ears and pretend like it doesn't exist? Do you guys like saucy Friendship is Magic art (be honest!)? What are your opinions on sexual attraction to ponies? Do you think being attracted to anthropomorphic cartoon ponies aimed at young girls is a big a social taboo as the general public would? Does it bother you that such a big part of the fandom is, for lack of a better term, perverted, as evident by "rule 34" being in the search suggestions in Google for Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle and even all the Cutie Mark Crusaders(!)? 3 Has Lauren Faust contacted this site through e-mail or has she acknowledged it's existence ob dA or something? In which case, what did she say? Does someone from the production team follow this blog?
That's all the questions I have. I would really appreciate if you would answer these. Especially the second one, since I have yet to make up my mind on that and it would help a lot to hear your opinions on it.

ReplyDeleteIf Hasbro were to put shout outs to the brony community in the show, would you rather them be very visible and out in the open (i.e. the newspaper is named "The Equestria Daily") or would you rather have easter eggs that have to be looked for (i.e. Luna the grand palace, there is an abacus on a bookcase).
