    4. Wow... Thats some seriously amazing stuff. Never in my life will I be able to have the skills to draw like that.
      That is really impressive artwork!

      I just can't believe that anyone would have the concentration and time to draw this well. In one sitting too!

      Nevermind, I googled the words. It is
      "Room of Angel" by Akira Yamaoka from Silent Hill4

    10. I dont know why I didnt think of it before, but Room of Angel is perfect for luna...

      So for my list of songs that I like that match ponies so far (I swear I had more... but I've forgotten them/Changed my mind about them, but I have 2 solid ones) stands as:

      Rainbowdash- Hyperdrive!- Devin townsend project
      And
      Luna- Room of Angel- Akira Yamaoka.

    11. I found that video more entertaining and captivating to watch than any other MLP fan made video yet. Those 7 minutes went by too fast. An amazing insight into how much work goes into these wonderful pieces of art. Thank you, Shadowraven, for sharing!

    12. what song is that?

      i wish i could draw like that

    13. There was a PONY here. She's gone now.

      Man, the picture is great. The song choice was spooky and fits pretty good with Luna. Luna'd make a decent Silent Hill protagonist.

    14. I hate to nitpick but aren't her tears suppose to stream upwards because she's falling?

    15. Awwwww.... now I feel all inadequate again...

    16. Whats this? Someone who does digital art and doesn't use an Apple! and Windows Xp at that...
      Whoever you are you're awesome in my book!

      Also the drawing was pretty cool, I really wish I could do digital paintings like that

    17. Interesting. That's an awful lot of correcting on the fly. I think this is the first time I've seen an artist correct something more than once in their drawing videos. They all generally "get it right" on their first try.

      Well, she's in space, and she's a Moon Goddess, so you've got to count in those physics (or lack thereof).

      @Video:

      Why do I watch these? They just make me jealous. Although I think the song might have just given me some inspiration for a fanfic.

    19. Somewhat odd, but that song is in style of what my teacher would play all day, only he'd have the bass maxed out. And be complaining it's windows and not a mac.

    20. Wow this is exactly the stuff I want to learn how to do, hope he does more videos.

    21. *Twitch* I've been blaming my difficulty in drawing good ponies on using free-ware in addition to my lack of practice in making the art.

      So I priced out his setup.

      I feel poor now.

    22. Someone told me that they had seen this here XD I'm flattered by all the nice comments and to answer some questions:

      @Naxts
      I actually did this in sort of two sittings. Lineart first, took a break and finished my sandwich and then recorded the coloring and spliced them together. This piece was really quick anyway, less then an hour and a half from start to finish.

      Yeah I really don't like Mac's, despite my graphic design teachers yelling at me to get one, I've held out with this old boy and got all my work done just like everybody else.

      Yeah this was my first time ever recording myself and I really had no plan of attack and really not much of an idea of what I wanted to draw either. I'm sure other artist plan out things better, me I just go on the fly and see what I create.

      @BlitzWing00
      I fully intend to do more videos (Also I'm a she)

      I'm pretty poor myself, but to be honest I didn't pay much for any of what I use. My photoshop comes from a friend who let a lot of people use it and put it on their computer. I'm poor and art students in college tend to share the wealth with expensive programs. The most expensive thing I bought was my Tablet...which isn't very fancy, got it on sale for $100. (and it came with two separate art programs if you don't want to invest in finding other things)

    23. THAT WAS EPIC

      now I'm 200% more excited to get a drawing tablet
