    Even though Everfree Northwest is over for this year they are already planning for next year! Right now they are in need of some people to fill some open staff positions they have for next year's convention. Check on after the break for all the open spots!

    - Staff Position -Web Content Administrator (Open until 9/23/13)


    Job Description: Ensuring that requests to update the website are done as quickly as possible while maintaining the vision of the Media and PR teams. It is the responsibility of this position to manage the content of the EFNW website on a day to day basis and by the request of Directors. (Troubleshooting and system design performed by other positions in IT.) Some Web Design experience desired, must be available to respond to website requests within a few hours.



    - Secretary of the Committee (Open Until 9/20/13)


    Job Description: Accurate meeting notes/recordings, staff newsletters, meeting agendas, and staff meeting scheduling will be top priority. This position works directly for and reports to the Chair of the Committee and must be able to attend staff meetings regularly in person. May be asked to demonstrate record keeping abilities, including handwriting or typed notes.



    - Director of Information Technology (Open until 9/20/13)


    Job Description: Management skills are a must for this position, including heavy project management, focus on deadlines, staff management, and systems analysis. The individual selected must be available to Directors and other staff regularly, frequently responding to communications is essential. Minimal IT experience required, but priority may be given to those with IT experience.



    - Administrative Assistant for Publications (Currently no due date)

    Job Description: Manage scheduling, facilitate email communications, filter design submissions, and generally assist the Publications Director with the production of convention materials and other administrative tasks. Being proficient in the Office Suite or a comparable set of office productivity software is preferred.
