(why are the instrumental posts always so much better than the ones with vocals? On average, at least; I've downloaded about a half dozen songs with vocals, but far more instrumentals)

Completely agree. 73% of my "pony" music is instrumental. I'm not a fan of the show spliced sayings that work their way into songs and there are only a few right now that can truly stand on their own with the vocals, I just feel that the instrumentals carry more interesting melodies because they have to compensate for the lack of vocal lead. Just my take on it, but there are those exceptions that leave me pleasantly surprised now and again!
Dashie's dream was the song that takes you to the skies and can really relax you for a while!! ^_^
