For the people out there that just can't get into the whole Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, hopefully the new update to the Skyrim ponies mod will satisfy your addiction.

Ok, I didn't plan on putting any pony mods into Skyrim, but I might have to make an exception for Luna.

As awesome as the concept of fighting alongside my favorite ponies sounds. It isn't so appealing knowing the chances of seeing them die. But the image of one of them trying to powderize one of the monsters would be rather priceless.
Someone needs to make a modded quest where you can talk to the ponies.
It's a shame Applejack's hat doesn't work very well with the position of the player model.
Applejack may be best pony, but I think I'll stick to Rainbow for this. The hat covering up the player is just too much.

Damn me for having the PS3 version of Skyrim, this mod looks epic. Would change the AJ one to lose the hat so it isn't covering the player, plus her mane is lovely.
I hope the fixed the stability with that mod, make my PC crash the game like every Loading screen!

need to be able to use them as player characters but keep all that horsey motion capture. As it is, they move great, but having someone trying to ride them just rather shows up their odd proportions in a more realistically-rendered world.
Tried the earlier version with Derpy, game started crashing. Maybe this newer version won't have that problem...
I am fully prepared to abuse the console to preserve my pony.

The Luna one actually doesn't look too bad. If the eyes were animated I would download it but otherwise they kinda freak me the heck out. Maybe if I have significant free time in the near future I'll look into dusting off my modding tools and see if anything can be done to make that riding animation work.

Creator! If you really want a challenge, try hacking into the animation files to make Pinkie Pie hop around. That is, if each horse has its own animation template. I haven't dissected Skyrim, so I don't know.

I'd love to be able to use this mod, but it makes my game crash all the time! Even after I uninstalled it the crashes continue. Be careful when you install this mod.

For some reasons, the previous version induced random sudden-crashes to desktop, for me, sometimes when I fast-travelled or exited into the exterior (from caves, houses, etc...).
I hope the new version has corrected those bugs.
