#1 was okay, I really didn't care all too much for it.
#2 is good. I really like the utilization/integration of parts of the show's songs.
#3 was good as well. The last part of it was my favourite.

I liked the feel #1, but I definitely think that the orchestration needed cleaning up. The guitar parts by themselves were good, but did not mesh during a lot of the phrases. Also, I was expecting a DragonForce-esque song in general being Rainbow Dash's theme, amirite?

What's not to get? It's a rock song, and the lyrics are about fighting for what you believe in, and being ready to sacrifice your own life if it means not giving up to the evil in life.
It fits Pip's story like a glove

I totally agree, it's the beat fan fiction I've read. The characterization is stunningly deep, and the way the mane 6 are portrayed is totally canon accurate in my mind.
That's what prompted me to write that song. I'm excited to write the companion piece(s) soon.

#2 is great, but it needs some cleaning up. Drumming should be more varied and interesting, the kick drum should have a better punch in particular to match the crazy bass line. The guitars just sound too low-quality and tend to seem out of time, which is a shame, because they started off really strong at the beginning of the song.
The bass, as I've mentioned, is crazy, but it's a good of crazy, it has a nice effect applied to it. I reckon that if the guy has more time with the effect, he'll master it and be able to really extract some funk out of it

#1 Wasn't bad. Though all these guitar pieces, especially the ones centered around Dash, seem to be running together for me. lol
#2 Dat rock version. Not bad. Still prefer the original myself, but I thought this sounded decent overall.
#3 Hmm. Feel a little conflicted about this one. Its alright. I think it could be better and I think it has promise. As-is it's not too shabby though. Singing needs some improvement. Maybe the lyrics some. Though overall I liked the lyrics. Overall I like it. Keep improving. :)
Honestly, brony music is just as good (many times better) than modern music, and all those haters that refuse to check out MLP because it's "girly" are missing out. >:(

so i listened to 3 with rainymood up, it was kinda fitting.
The second song wasn't the best IMHO. It sounds awesome if you play it over the original though, I think they sound good together.

All pretty awesome songs! Although somehow #1 reminded me of the melody from Cupcakes than a Dashie song, but still, very RD sounding. And the Party with Pinkie remix-superb!
Oh God that FOE one... I almost shed a pony tear. ;_; I haven't felt this depressed (but in an awesome, FOE way) since Steelhooves' death... FOE can really do that to you... it's so horrible and completely depressing... but you just can't stop reading it... You really have to have read FOE to understand it in full, but it's still one hell of a song even if you've never read it.
Am I the only one who read "Lil Pip" and thought of Pipsqueak?
