I've got a bad feeling about this.
Nazis, one group of antagonists that'll never be politically incorrect to kill in vast numbers. The next two are zombies and ninjas.

Hey folks, author of the story here. I just updated with the fourth chapter and I wanted to mention something here that I added in a note at the end of the chapter.
There are going to be two separate and different endings and epilogues to the story. I'll be posting one ending and its epilogue first in their entirety and then the other. I wanted to give the readers the chance to decide which ending they prefer.
Thank you for all the comments and support so far. I'm thrilled so many people have enjoyed the story so far and I do hope you find both endings enjoyable in their own way.
Oh man. This story is just happy in a bottle. Too bad you needed to make Scoots an orphan for it to work though. But it does work.
Hopefully we'll see something of Scoot's family sometime soon....
I like the fic. It was pretty obvious it was a setup right from the start, of course, but the idea of more than on ending intrigues me, at least....
Sorry if this is obvious or something, but Trevor is putting a spoiler's warning just in case.
*SPOILER* It's fairly obvious that EVERYTHING is made up. The pieces of the puzzle, the holy oat pail, everything. The puzzles were WAY too simple, the pieces not very well hidden, ect.
Still, it's VERY fun to read anyhoof! XD Trevor is liking how everypony is agreeing that Scoots talent is dancing! She's awesome like that!
Also, props for doing multiple endings! Trevor loves those kind of stories! Please keep writing! Trevor has to know how it ends!

While I prefer the second ending, the first ending is more in-line of their known canon personalities.
Heh. Two endings, nice touch. Second ending is of course the feel good ending. Its how their adventures should end, kinda. I don't care for the idea that they need help to find their cutie marks, and to be honest, to me me it would make much more sense for each of them to have gotten their mark when they were getting the fragments from their sisters/idol. Still, the epilogue makes a lot of sense. Yet, it feels to soon.
Therefore, I'll stick with the first ending I reckon'.

The second ending would make a great episode if Hasbro was letting the show wrap up dangling plot threads in a final season.
Though I'm not certain Scootaloo will ever get a cutie mark even then, unless the universe figures out how to graphically represent Completely Missing the Point. ;-)
I really had no idea this story would be this well-liked. Thanks to everyone who's read and commented so far, I'm thrilled that you've all enjoyed this story.
I do indeed have more story ideas I intend to write and I even have one new story close to being finished. I'm also very tempted to do some more stories about Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo that would follow the second ending of Raiders of the Cutie Mark here. I have to admit I intrigued myself with some of the back story elements I created for the girls in this story. I'll have to see if any solid ideas come to me from this.
