Seth, all episodes of the Colbert Report are available online for free on his official website. It takes them 6-10 hours to put it up though, but by tomorrow morning it will be there.
Comedy Central is also extremely, extremely stringent on 3rd parties hosting their content. If someone uploads this to youtube it will be taken down by them almost immediately.

NPR's been quite nice to us - they made a couple jokes but they were clearly tongue-in-cheek and when they herd that some people were offended they even apologized and pointed out that at least one person on their staff is a brony.
