To be blunt, you really need an editor or pre-reader of some sort. It's an interesting idea, but there are enough grammatical errors and awkward sentences that the fic is really bogged down, unfortunately. Commas, especially, seem to be in short supply.
Yeah sorry about that, I haven't actually written anything like this in a while. I don't really have any one I know to edit this.
I'll work a little harder on the 'edit' step next time.

Good story so far, but there some minor grammatical and spelling errors.

It may have confused an editor,
My pony pirate mariner.
It was drawn for an artist training day,
And just happened to mach the theme again today.
So someone might have thought,
That at seeing early entries they'd been caught.
But it was just by chance,
That a pony with a sword I'd drawn in advance.

That was a mistake; there was a bit of a mix up over at HQ. I went and changed it back to what it was, because frankly I like Guybrush pony better. Sorry for the confusion!

Whew, managed to get Part 3 on its way. I decided to pull a late-nighter and finish it.
Chapter 4, is being written as we speak! Whew man, Midsummer was fun! Even though I thought of taking a break from writing, I wrote a Ditzy story between chapters! I hope it gets the pre-readers' seal of approval this time!
Awesome story so far, the pirate theme is refreshing.
Glad that Firebrand, going to be interesting to see what happens to him. I like the relationship that's being developed between him and Storm too. It kinda makes Storm a sympathetic villain because she has to keep up her image despite her personal feelings.

It's not dead, I just haven't had time to write much lately, it'll pick up again soon. Nice to have a concerned fan though.
