Depending on how the scoring is handled and if grazing will give any kind of benefit, this could easily be my most anticipated MLP Fangame. No idea where the Starcraft part comes in, though. Though that's mainly because I never played Starcraft.
Oh. It needs Microsoft .Net and XNA. Guess I'm gonna have to pass on that, since Wine and Mono don't exactly like XNA a whole lot. At least not that last three times I've tried. Maybe it's changed by now.
It needs a final final boss. Perhaps something with all three races combined together? It also looks like it needs to be harder. Or maybe at the end you fight Nightmare Moon and all three races at the same time together!? :D THAT WOULD BE SO EPIC.

I think maybe there should be more (and prettier) indirect fire, like in the Touhou games. Right now, this is more like other classic shooting games, with more and faster bullets. There's nothing wrong with that, if that's what you were going for, though.
Also Fluttershy = Yuyuko. What with her butterflies of death.
Unfortunately, I have a deep-seated loathing of the Touhou design style and thus could not find much fun in this despite the otherwise great design (loving the unique powers and the music here).
Personal tastes aside, though, this is objectively really great work and the author should definitely continue. He's got chops.

You know, the funny thing is, this could actually be made into a Starcraft II mod; the Galaxy Editor included with that game allows you to make virtually any genre of game, not just RTS. The SC2 campaign itself includes a shoot 'em up arcade game made with the same editor, and Blizzard themselves have ported other titles like Bejeweled and Left 4 Dead (with permission, of course) into the game too.
When I read this, I thought that's what it was, not a seperate executable. Hmm, maybe the author could be encouraged to port it to SC2 proper, which'd give it a lot more exposure (and allow it to be downloaded via official Battle.net channels..)
when i fought the cruiser with pinkie, there was a glitch that looped all of the attack and damage sounds when i died while getting shot with the gun, missiles, and yamato cannon all at once. laughed so hard.

I dont know how many SC2 mapmakers we have in this community, but I'm currently trying to make a Starcraft 2 melee map with a playable pony race on the editor. If anypony wants to help me, email me at redwings1340@gmail.com. I don't know how to create models, so anypony who knows how to do that would be extremely helpful to me.

ZUN just did the art and music for Shuusou Gyoku, the Seihou games were primarily made by Amusement Makers.
This game is impossible. Coming from someone that has beaten extra mode in most touhous, that is saying a LOT

Woo i finally got to beat this game!!! Sad part was i had to use Rarity to beat them. She is so OP lmao but at least i beat it!
It's a bit easy for a SHMUP like this, but still a pretty cool little game.
