"Weird" Stal Yancoltvich (see what I did there?) would have to be a distant cousin of Pinkie Pie I think, since obviously her immediate family worked on an Amish rock farm, but she still knows how to throw a zany party, and is no stranger to Oom-pah, which is not that far removed from Polka.
Yeah "'Weird' Stal Yancoltvich" sounds much better and easier to say. The rock farm is easily explainable in being part gem farm, so yeah find some gems and you'd have a reason to party.
I'm kind of surprised more people here don't reference waynes world and WILD stallion.

Wow! I thought the first Pony Polka was great, but this second one I thought was perfect! Hopefully Weird Al gets to see this one as well.
