Part3 They editted the vocal version with a voice changer (the voices were lowered/heavier) and put itt together with the background music.

Flutterguy and Applejack's voices sounded the most natural by far, though RD and TS' voices were pretty spot on as well. Only Pinkie and Rarity wavered in believability, but that's understandable seeing as how they have the most feminine voices and inflections of the bunch (lots of rolled syllables and high squeaks).
Consarnit, now I've got the urge to draw the cast gender-swapped...
The Rari-guy's voice fits well enough. In my mind I'm thinking of him more like a Fashion-Designer from New York or something. very Metro-ish. Pinkie-Guy? *shudder* notsureifwant.jpg

Rainbow dash in Art of the Dress sounds like a 15 year old who is in the first few stages of puberty. Flutterguy works in so many wonders which is amusing on a few levels. Art of the dress is a miss.

I guess it would be idiotic to try and point out how camp gay colt Rarity sounds considering. But that's awesome, and Fluttershy's voice has the least decay lol. I don't know the details of successful gender bending of songs, but one would think there's SOMETHING you could do to smooth out some of those voices; several of them have a rather unnatural flavour. Still really good. Awesome.

Then as the song went on, it sounded like a cross between Stewie and Steven Magnet. Seriously, something ain't right here. I can't even listen to the whole thing because I start laughing too hard.
I was pretty disappointed to realize this were just digital edits. I was really hoping for some bronyoke.
What a lot of people don't consciously realize is that the difference between male and female speaking (and singing) isn't in the pitch. There are mannerisms that are predominate in one gender or another and that more than anything else is how we identify a speaker. So, yeah, less so colts and more so deep-voiced mares, and it doesn't matter what kind of editing you do, it's not gonna change that.
That being said So Many Wonders still came out nicely.

According to the person who made them, Big Mac will be the next altered pony.
"So Many Wonders" sounds quite natural compared to the others - considering the time-honored tradition of casting women as VAs for young boy roles.
The other two have that tell-tale pitch-shifted sound.
